1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched.
Full refund will be issued
No cancellation charges

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible, because fresh vegetables are perishable and cannot be returned to stock.
However, you may still request:
Replacement for damaged items
Partial refund for missing or incorrect items

3. Cancellation at Time of Delivery (COD Orders)
If you choose Cash on Delivery, cancellation is allowed only before packing.
If the delivery team has already left with your order:
Cancellation at the door is not accepted
Order will be marked as “Failed Delivery”
Future COD orders may be restricted
4. Cancellation by EESHAMULTI DIGITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED
We may cancel an order in rare cases due to:
Unavailability of fresh stock
Incorrect address or unreachable customer
Technical or payment issues
Extreme weather or delivery restrictions
If we cancel your order: We will notify you
Full refund will be issued (if prepaid)
