However, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, we offer a replacement or refund based on the conditions below:

Eligible for Replacement/Refund:

  • Damaged or spoiled vegetables at the time of delivery

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing items in the order

Note: Please share a photo or video within 1 hour of delivery for verification.

Not Eligible:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage

  • Partially consumed products

Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be processed as:

  • Wallet credit

  • Bank refund

  • Replacement in next order

Refunds may take 2–7 working days depending on the payment provider.
